Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ImageClip (imageclip.app) and the ImageClip Stickers app for Canva handle, and for how long. ImageClip is operated by Liquid Designs, LLC dba Bottle Your Brand ("we", "us").
The short version: ImageClip has no accounts, no cookies and no analytics. Most of the work happens in your browser. When an image does have to reach our servers, it is deleted automatically within 3 hours.
Images you work on
- In your browser. Opening an image, tracing the cut line, adding a border, drawing by hand and creating the PDF download all happen on your own device. Those steps do not send your image to us.
- Remove Background. When you click Remove Background, your image is sent through our server to our background-removal provider, BackgroundErase, and the result is returned to your browser. We do not keep a copy of the image or the result.
- Designs sent from Canva. When you use the ImageClip Stickers app in Canva, Canva exports the page you choose and our server downloads it so ImageClip can open it. The file is stored under a random link, with no name or account attached, and is deleted automatically within 3 hours.
- Ordering stickers. If you click Order custom Stickers, your file is stored the same way (deleted within 3 hours) and handed to bottleyourbrand.com. Once you place an order there, Bottle Your Brand's own privacy policy, published at bottleyourbrand.com, applies to that order.
Other information
- Usage counters. To keep the free service available, we count how many times a day each IP address uses Remove Background, and how many designs each Canva user sends. These counters contain the IP address or the Canva user and team IDs plus a number, and are deleted after about 48 hours.
- Canva information. When you use the Canva app, Canva gives us a signed token that confirms the request comes from a real Canva user. We read only the Canva user and team IDs from it, for the counters above. We never receive your name, email address or Canva password.
- Hosting logs. ImageClip is hosted on Netlify, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) under its own policies.
What we don't do
We don't create accounts or profiles, use cookies or tracking, show ads, sell or share your images or information, or use your images to train AI models.
Service providers
Netlify (hosting and temporary storage), BackgroundErase (background removal, only when you click Remove Background) and Canva (only when you use the ImageClip Stickers app in Canva). Each handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Deletion and questions
Everything we store is deleted automatically as described above. If you'd like something deleted sooner, or have any questions about this policy, email info@bottleyourbrand.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
