These terms apply to ImageClip (imageclip.app) and the ImageClip Stickers app for Canva (together, "ImageClip"), operated by Liquid Designs, LLC dba Bottle Your Brand ("we", "us"). By using ImageClip you agree to them.
ImageClip is a free tool that removes image backgrounds and creates print-ready cut lines. We may change, limit or discontinue any part of it at any time. Daily usage limits apply to keep the service free and available.
You keep all rights to the images you use with ImageClip. You confirm that you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the service. How we handle your images is described in our Privacy Policy.
Don't use ImageClip with content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is harmful or abusive. Don't try to disrupt the service, get around its limits, or access it through automated means.
Cut lines are generated automatically. Please review your file before printing or ordering: we don't guarantee that a result will suit a particular printer, cutter or purpose.
ImageClip works with other services. Your use of Canva is governed by Canva's own terms. Sticker orders are placed with and governed by the terms of Bottle Your Brand (bottleyourbrand.com), and ordering is currently available in the US only.
ImageClip is provided free and "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of ImageClip.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
